About the position:

The candidate will have to have previous experience in sales. Be confident when making cold calls, and freely engage with leads.



  • Possess demonstrated knowledge of key-word searches to conduct online research, filter databases, and decipher sales leads
  • Place daily outgoing emails to target demographic to stimulate interest in our company products and services
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create sales openings
  • Schedule and conduct pre-qualification screening calls
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
  • Schedule appointments and demos
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

The ideal candidate qualification:

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to work within 6 AM to 2 PM US Pacific Standard Time
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company

    What are the things I need to know and need to prepare before I apply?

    What is the process to apply like?

    1. Click the "Apply to Position" button and fill out the necessary information.
    2. Once you've submitted your information, you'll receive an invite email to complete a Video Interview. You will be asked a few questions to help us to get to know you more.
    3. Once you've successfully submitted your Video Interview, our hiring team reviews the applications (please do your best!) and contacts those who are fit for the role. You will be notified of the result of your application within 4-6 weeks.
    4. After this, you'll enter the initial training phase and your probationary period of 3 months will start.
    5. The probation period is paid.
    6. If you pass, an offer will be made through Contracts. If you accept, you must send the contract back to us. Once we receive it and verify, you’re now officially hired and start.
