About the position:

We are searching for high-energy Sales Leader who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executive may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful Account Executive will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able to be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products and services to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Making cold calls to reach out to prospects
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

The ideal candidate qualification:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • A business acumen.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.

What should my background be?

All of our team members have college degrees or are working on acquiring a college degree. You should make sure to list all relevant skills and work history on your resume to give us an overview of who you are. Please include any work experience, including (but not limited to!) working for a family business, administrative tasks, or tutoring.

What are the things I need to know and need to prepare before I apply?

What is the process to apply like?

  1. Click the "Apply to Position" button and fill out the necessary information.
  2. Once you've submitted your information, you'll receive an invite email to complete a Video Interview. You will be asked a few questions to help us to get to know you more.
  3. Once you've successfully submitted your Video Interview, our hiring team reviews the applications (please do your best!) and contacts those who are fit for the role. You will be notified of the result of your application within 4-6 weeks.
  4. After this, you'll enter the initial training phase and your probationary period of 3 months will start.
  5. The probation period is paid.
  6. If you pass, an offer will be made through Contracts. If you accept, you must send the contract back to us. Once we receive it and verify, you’re now officially hired and start.
