What You'll Own
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Build and execute a full-funnel GTM strategy across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop channels and campaigns that drive qualified leads, conversions, and retention.
- Product-Market Fit: Work closely with product to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic relationships that amplify growth and open new market opportunities.
- Growth Ops: Set up scalable systems, tools, and reporting to measure and maximize results.
- Sales Enablement: Guide the development of sales materials, outreach tactics, and value-based pitches.
Who You Are
- Entrepreneur at Heart: You want to build something real. You’re hungry for ownership and impact.
- Growth-Driven: You’ve scaled products or startups before, or know how to hack growth through creativity and iteration.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You’re just as comfortable writing copy or tweaking a funnel as you are mapping a high-level GTM plan.

- Compelling Communicator: You can pitch, persuade, and rally both customers and teams.
- Collaborative Builder: You value honesty, transparency, and progress over perfection.
